Hello! I am Yvette Fox, the founder of 2stiff4yoga™. I have a bad back, clicking knees, sprained ankles and a wrist with detached ligaments, but I have survived a 35 year teaching career, anxiety, stress and trauma. Hear my 60 year old stories, share yours, laugh it off and I will share my secrets to a youthful life. I teach a mindful, slower and therapeutic yoga practice to help you get back to fitness inside and out, strengthen and lengthen your physical body and gain peace of mind. Based in Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire, you can practice your yoga your way, or come as a complete beginner to my classes. I can also offer 1:1 yoga by appointment if you contact me via email and after a discussion I feel I can meet your needs. My yoga instruction is inclusive and welcoming and I aim to be friendly, experienced and dedicated to your whole mental, physical and spiritual well being.
